Antique brass drum microscope for botanist, entomologist etc...
This microscope is proposed from the end of the 19th century until the 1920s.
Focusing is achieved by sliding the optical tube.
It also features a magnifying glass on an articulated arm on the front, enabling opaque objects to be illuminated from above.
folded height: 15 cm.
Maximum unfolded height: 19cm.
Good condition despite traces of wear, the brass is a bit pitted.
End of the XIXth century, beginning of the XXth.
