There has been a repair to the soldering under the cup.

The sugar holder was present on all the tables of the bistros that served absinthe at the time.

Indeed, the sugar was used to reduce the bitterness of the liquor, so the water was poured on the sugar which was placed on the absinthe spoon on the glass.

Quite a ceremony!
